Qualification:

- 3. Great knowledge in Distributor & Consignment Operational System
- 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
- 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive business growth.
- 6. Ability to analyze report & result oriented
- 7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Description:
- 1. Selling products through Distributor channels
- 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and distribution of beauty products in the general trade market.
- 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as consignments and distributors.
- 4. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the general trade market.
- 5. Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- 6. Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade agreements with customers to maximize profitability and market share.
- 7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements affecting the beauty retail sector.
