Job Description
- At Sosialita, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience across our business areas and through all channels. This role supports the evolving routes to market through our D2C E-Commerce.
- In this role, your mission will be to manage commercially the online shops for Indonesia with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories, making sure we drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the ranging and pricing activities for all categories together with local stakeholders and central D2C e-commerce team.
- Represent D2C E-commerce in the local Commercial Triangle and ensure a continues development across all commercial aspects and channel dimensions.
- Understand market trends and adjust selling approaches accordingly, in close collaboration with central team.
- Review and actively drive promotion / activation activities and planning both short/mid and longer term for market, that are aligned with the sales strategy and other channel activities and communication.
- Understand the mechanisms around Live Sales, Content Creation, Affiliate management, SEO, SEM, WA Blasting, display ads and social media to drive site traffic and generate demand.
- Feed in forecasts volumes to Demand Planning.
- Provide reports on weekly and monthly bases, including analyses on performance e.g. follow up on KPIs like conversion rates, traffic per channel, results from campaigns etc. and provide analyses that explain current KPI trends and suggested corrective actions.
- Collaborate with central and local sales, marketing, supply chain and product line teams to maximize the impact for the Italian markets in the direct channel.
Qualifications:
- Previous solid experience in leading D2C (direct to consumer) business and/or e-commerce/online sales (business, marketing, category and product management). Able to execute company strategy into the sales team’s work plan
- or had a career as a social media strategist
- Heavy knowledge about product market fit
- Solid general understanding of a typical ecommerce environment as well as understanding Social Commerce, Marketplace, SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic will be considered as a strong plus
- Fluent in English and Indonesia
- Solid working knowledge of typical Microsoft Office tools and Analytics Tools
- Proven analytical skills, strong intellectual curiosity and agility, as well as result-orientation and business acumen
- Strong on leadership, communication skills, coaching and solid stakeholders’ management. You are comfortable with working in a medium- large corporation environment, within a matrix organization
