Job Description
- Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
- Targeting key accounts potential for the company
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years’ of sales experience / proven success in a similar role with 4* or 5* Hotel environment.
- Pride and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
