- About This Role
- The incumbent is expected to manage all facets of sales in process filtration and filtration components for B2B in Indonesia.
- The ideal candidate shall has a proven Sales Record and a good understanding of the cultural aspects in the responsible region. He is used to travelling independently.
- Ideally he is familiar with Automotive, Food, Life Science in Components & Process Filtration products. Candidates should have technical understanding required to succeed in meeting the Company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Grow Sefar’s business in Indonesia and increase market share.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- · Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for long-term success.
- · Ensure a balanced sales channel mix aligned with strategic partners.
- · Collaborate with regional teams to drive sales and meet business goals.
- · Support marketing activities and exhibitions in the region.
- · Work closely with application engineers to address customer needs.
- · Manage sales plans, pricing structures, and sales margins in the region.
- · Minimize risks, including bad debt and stock obsolescence.
Skill / Experience:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience with Sales experience in B2B in process industry such as Automotive, Food, Chemical, and Life Science
- Able to understand Technical Term and drawings
- Process Filtration knowledge would be an advantage
- Dynamic, Pro-active work style and Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
- Good PC skills (MS-Office, ERP-system and Info- CRM CPQ System)
