- Qualifications & experience
- Have the experience working as server at least 1 year
- Communicate well with coworkers and customers, and maintain personable and professional communication at all times
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude regarding any situations
- Punctual and reliable
- Good at communcation and conflict resolution
- Able to communicate well in English
- Play close attention to detail
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Greet customers, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, correctly using the POS system
- Periodically check in with customers to make sure everything is going well with their meal, being attentive and responding to additonal requests as needed
- Understand and communicate what’s on the menu, making recomendations on menu selections to customer needs
- Be willing to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays
