- Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of ETC product
- Setting and achieving activity targets by ensuring optimal execution of plans of action (POA) and field tactics program
- Regularly review achievement of sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
- Establish, maintain, and expand customer base and servicing the needs of existing customers to Increasing business opportunities through expansion in the market
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding product performance & sales revenue
- Actively involve in recruitment process and propose right fit talent of candidates after screening & shortlisting
- Ensuring achievement of monthly & annual business plans for each year
- Evaluating the KPIs/performances of team quarterly, and identifying the needs of skills & knowledge development along with appropriate coaching/mentoring exercise.
- To maintain business relationship with stakeholders like KOLs (Doctors, Hospital directors, Distributors, Ministry of Health) to build the image of Mega Indonesia by collecting customer feedback and market research
- Responsible for sending reports (Sales Analysis Reports and marketing activity reports) to direct supervisors/management/HO as per timeline.
- Executing and participating marketing activities as assigned by Mega Lifesciences Management.
- Identify untapped business opportunities and drives innovation through breakthrough projects to materialize identified opportunities
