Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- End to end recruitment from screening candidates, interviews to onboarding
- Responsible for employer branding from social media and maintaining our partnership with universities
- Provide psychotest dan technical test to candidates (online and offline)
- Scheduling candidate interview with users
- Handle recruitment reporting and other tasks given by superior
- Handle recruitment data management
- Work closely with users to understand their staffing requirements and specific job objectives
- Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships
- Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
Job Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Psychology
- 2. Having min 2 years of experience. recruiter mining industry will be an advantage
- 3. Having strong net working in recruitment media/ agencies like Linked-in, face book, Instagram, Job street, Petromindo etc.
