Job Description
- PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client in Telecommunication industry, who is looking for a Recruitment & Assessment Manager for placement in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for qualified candidates & database potential candidates all department
- Conduct interviews based on company’s core competencies and core values.
- Conduct psychological assessment required for each position levels.
- Conduct candidates’ negotiation and closing on several levels.
- Coordinate and maintain relationship with related Departmental and Divisional Head to discuss MPP needed and Qualifications needed.
- Ensure the recruitment’s SLA is already achieved.
- Plan and execute assessment center strategies in order to be fit with the time-plan which has been made.
- Manages, controlling, monitoring, evaluation and develops the team and recruitment and assessment center process.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Human Resources, or other related major
- More than 5 years of experience with Recruitment & Assessment
- Have experience with Mass Hiring will be preferred
- Having Assessment Center Certification will be a plus
- Willing to work based in Central Jakarta area
