Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, Front Desk, or other hospitality field is preferred.
- Good command of English
- Confident to communicate (phone call or face to face) with foreign citizens is a must
- Able to receive phone calls and forward to the relevant department or company management.
- Able to serve customer complaints that come to the office & direct to the Customer Service department.
- Good personality & full of initiative
- Clean & neat appearance
- Attention to detail, work fast, and willing to learn new things
- Willing to work in Bali
