Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop new packaging and improvement an existing pack.
- Support the NPD project in terms of packaging development from the phase of ideation, feasibility/capability, pre-commercial and commercial.
- Validate & measure the packaging specifications in accordance with the specified quality and to ensure the compliance with packaging quality parameter and standards.
- Ensure food safety of packaging and other regulation related to packaging (eg; BPOM / LPPOM MUI / FSSSC / ISO System, ect).
- Validate & Measure packaging samples and update on E-PM system.
- Provide trial record & report with comprehensive data
- Check artwork design from designer and vendors and ensure meet with technical drawing / keyline, specification & quality requirement.
- Ensure all development of packaging is in accordance with the specified time and target.
- Provide NPI (New Packaging Induction) for trial / Test
- Cooperate with cross-team, internal team (marketing, production, etc.) and external team (vendor &co-packer) to ensure packaging development meet the target (cost, time & quality).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 Bachelor’s degree (S1) with relevant experience with Packaging expertise.
- Have 2-5 years of experience with Packaging Development and prefered at FMCG Company.
- Have technical skills of Basic – Advance Packaging Skill, E-NPD Flow Process, Packaging Food Safety.
- Understanding about HACCP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 2200 and Internal Auditor ISO 22000.
- Have good analytical skills and problem solving.
