Job Description
- QC Foreman is responsible for ensuring that both production processes and final products meet the company’s quality and safety standards. This involves conducting real-time inspections on the production line, performing laboratory tests on product samples, and collaborating closely with production teams to maintain consistent quality. The role also supports the company’s food safety programs, regulatory compliance, and product improvement initiatives through both in-line monitoring and detailed laboratory analysis.
Responsibility:
- Perform regular inspections on the production line to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure product consistency by conducting tests and reporting any variations from standard specifications.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) in the production process to ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety protocols.
- Conduct laboratory tests to ensure product safety and quality.
- Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in field / in-line and laboratory quality control roles.
- Having experience in handling Beverages (Aseptic) Products.
Required Skill(s):
Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP, GMP
- Understand the implementation of quality control in the field and/or laboratorium
- Understand the standards for food products.
- Understand the production process integrally and the raw materials used in the production process.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka, Jawa Barat.
