Job Description:
- Preparing sites prior to the commencement of construction work, including setting out the site and organizing activities, planning projects, and ensure that they meet agreed specifications budgets, and timescales
- Direct, control, and monitor the implementation of management strategy in the construction activities in order to optimize the company’s position on the project within the terms of the contract
- Lead, manage, and coordinate Construction Engineers and Superintendents in control of all labor and plant resources in order to achieve the construction schedule and the project safety and quality requirements on the site
- Overseeing and managing budgets during project.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years work experience in EPC/Oil and Gas fields
- Familiar with International Standart ASME, ISO, API 650, QA system ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, etc
- Have experience in Plant Project (Refinery, Fractionation /LNG)
- Able to create and analyze project time schedules
- Must be able to operate; Ms. Office, Ms. Project, and Primavera
- Have leadership and human resources management skills
- Willing to be placed in Site Project
