About Company:

As we grow, we are on the lookout for a skilled, organised, and passionate individual to join our team as a Production Assistant (Retail Fashion) to support the production process and ensure the smooth delivery of clothing from design to retail.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Production Planning:
Assisting in coordinating the production calendar, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Managing Samples:
Handling and organising production samples, ensuring they meet design specifications, and communicating any issues to the production team.
Tracking Inventory and Materials:
Monitoring stock levels of fabrics, trims, and other materials needed for production.
Administrative Support:
Managing production-related documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records of production processes.
Problem-Solving:
Addressing any production-related issues, delays, or discrepancies that arise during the process.
Requirements:
- Local (Indonesian) only.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position Administration and in garment or production fashion
- Able to operate Google Workspace and Microsoft Offices
- Able to understand Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to work full-time on-site at our office.
- Able to join immediately.
- Able to work independently and team-work.
