Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop brand marketing strategy:
New Product Development, Pricing, and Promotion in ATL, BTL, and Distribution channels
- Cross functional innovation project management – From idea creation, feasibility exploration, production, and in-market assessment
- Develop, Monitor Marketing Plan, and measures the effectiveness of each key sales and promotion budget including local/tactical promotion activities/consumer programs.
- Analyze broad market trends, local consumer insights, 3rd party information and competitor movements to help refine growth strategies in innovation and category development
- Through the analysis of market, brand and competitor performance/activity lead the review and subsequent NPD requirement for ranges in need of brand love (packaging, product development, range extensions/replacements)
- Manage the Design and Innovation team budget to maximize value
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree, Marketing or Food Technology background, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial level experience in the food industry
- Minimum 5 years in Brand Development, NPD (New Product Development), Product Innovation experience in FMCG industry
- Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery
