Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, textile or related field.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Have customer-focused experience to deeply understand customer problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, result-oriented.
- User knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft office.
- Design packages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill.
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
Job Descriptions:
- Independently lead product development projects, cooperating with Sales, CS, Design and Production teams and other internal related supporting teams.
- Identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure that the products are conform to established standards, policies, and objectives.
- Maintain good relations and be friendly with the company’s customers and in other relationships.
- Product development performance data (weekly, monthly, and annual analysis).
- Give training and share good practice to team members.
- Lead the local Design Team
