Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Monitor, collect, and analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing strategies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement operations.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance and communicate findings to the National Manager.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (a degree in Data Science is a plus).
- Working expericne +2 years as a Purchasing Analyst.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and fostering long-term partnerships to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Understanding of financial principles related to purchasing, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
