Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist Account Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.
- 2. Provides technical support and deliver deep dive product presentation and demonstrations to customers and business partners.
- 3. Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses.
- 4. Create technical proposal in collaboration with technical team based on RFI/RFP.
- 5. Coordinating and managing technical validation events (POC)
- 6. Coordinating and managing POC assets
- 7. Participating in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested
- 8. Post-sales support.
- 9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role.
3. Skills:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and technical sales processes.
4. Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in solution design, system architecture, and integration methodologies.
5. Communication:
Good English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
6. Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
7. Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and technical staff.
