- 1. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
- 2. Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
- 3. Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- 4. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- 5. Run errands for employers
- 6. Planning vacation (helping with booking of flights, hotels, and restaurants)
- 7. Schedule house maintenance
- 8. Recruits eligible nanny, maid and drivers
- 9. Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Owner and family members
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (any major)
- Experience in this area for at least 3 years
- Understand English well
- Have networks in many vendors for owner’s needs (travel agents, florists, groceries, etc)
- Good administration skill, resourceful, and honest.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo, East Java
