Job Description
- Oversees and directs the data center team to ensure continuous uptime of the facility, adhering to all SLAs, legal, client, budgetary, and regulatory obligations. Ensures exceptional customer service while aligning operations with company policies and standards.

- We are currently partnering with one of the biggest data center players who is looking for a competent Operation Manager to help them in this time of growth.
- Description
- Leads the 24/7 operation of the data center, ensuring seamless functionality at all times.
- Serves as the level 3 escalation point for onsite operational incidents, major issues, and change management activities.
- Manages M&E, security, network, plumbing systems, critical facilities equipment, and other DC-related systems (e.g., fire safety, plumbing).
- Designs, reviews, and implements top-tier data center operations, adhering to ITIL and industry best practices.
- Guides teams to enhance services and processes while maintaining compliance with customer SLAs.
- Continuously reviews and improves the preventive maintenance program.
- Leads incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize customer service disruptions.
- Ensures strict adherence to safety procedures, laws, and regulations by reviewing and reinforcing safe work responsibilities.
- Oversees data center-related certifications and ensures compliance for both internal and external customers.
- Develops, reviews, and implements policies, SOPs, and Emergency Operating Procedures, and initiates service improvement programs.
- Prepares periodic reports for management reviews and meetings.
- Reviews and approves purchase orders for equipment and supports vendor evaluations.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, computing, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in facilities management and/or data center operations.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing 24/7 critical data center operations.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and building facilities management.
- Capable of leading and supporting major data center activities.
- Well-versed in local codes and regulations related to data center operations and facility management.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
