Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end analysis and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes within Odoo.
- Develop, test, and deploy new Odoo features and modules, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Manage and maintain existing Odoo implementations, including updates, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and trends, and suggest best practices to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
- Proven experience in leading development projects and managing teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture, ORM, and API integration.
- Experience with Odoo web frameworks and module creation (new custom modules and extending existing modules).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party applications using RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of business processes such as sales, inventory, accounting, and manufacturing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Odoo’s front-end technologies such as QWeb, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
