- Monitor operational activities across all areas via CCTV
- Report any unusual or abnormal incidents
- Ensure all activities are properly recorded and backed up
- Prepare daily reports on monitoring results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Network Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Networking and CCTV Troubleshooting
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Sum, IF, Average, etc.)
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and fast in execution
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to endure repetitive tasks
