Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university;
  • Maximum age 45 years old;
  • Having minimum 7 years working experience in the same position as Assistant Manager / 5 years as Manager;
  • Must have experience in oil palm companies;
  • Good knowledge in all aspects of HR (UU Ketenagakerjaan / Ciptakerja, HR Admin, HRIS, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee and Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Organizational and Development, People Development, and General Affair);
  • Familiar with the union albour , good relations with government / regulator institutions, Disnakertrans,
  • Fast learner, Accountability, Hard Worker;
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced MS Excel ability;

Job Description:

  • Build and develop HRGA team, system, and tools
  • Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function include recruitment & organization development process, compensation & benefit, general affair and payroll.
  • Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination
  • Able to handling employee & industrial relation related issues independently
  • Holding counseling for high motivating the employee to achieve company target.
  • Responsible for and ensure good HRMS, daily office administration workflow, employee database and personnel with each related department for the smooth operation of the company.
  • Planning for manpower needs in accordance with company developments and coordinating and controlling the implementation of recruitment and selection activities to run effectively and efficiently to ensure the availability of the required manpower in accordance with the demand and desired qualifications within the agreed timeframe.
  • Develop and be responsible for the HRGA budget for effective and efficient purposes in accordance with the work plan.
