Job desc:
- Support business activity from legal perspective such as ensuring compliance to applicable regulation
- Advice BOD on Business Decision Making, review and draft contract, make and maintain network with stakeholder such as consultant and Lawyer
- Manage legal issue such as dispute settlement
- Ensure the compliance of business process of company
- Prevent future dispute from such decision making
- Match the compliance aspect with business target
