Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Specialist to join our Hangcha team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our office’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operation of IT Systems in the company.
- Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications and network equipment to enable continuous business operation
- Monitor system performance and maintain IT security measure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system updates and security patches
- Work closely with Finance Dept in the implementation of Accounting Software (Accurate)
- Able to write macro or software program to improve efficiency in office management & aftermarket operation
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or related field
- Min 4 years of experience in IT Support
- Strong knowledge of setting up IT infrastructure, network protocols, accounting software implementation and security
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with cloud services
- Experience with IT Service management tools
- Ability to work independently and strong problem solving & analytical skill
