Job Description
Role & Responsibilites:
- Permits and licensing
- Manage work permits for foreign employees, including Kitap, Kitas, IMTA, etc.
- Managing the licensing for events or bazaars.
- Managing and solving problems
- Identifying risks
- Providing legal advice
- Evaluate and formulate company policies in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Prepare and archive labor case documents for submission to relevant legal entities.
- Cooperate with the company’s legal team.
- Conduct socialization and briefing
- Legal document management
- Prepare and review employment contract/labor agreement documents, warning letters, termination letters, etc.
- Ensure that the company’s labor management and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with Outsourcing
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Minimum age of 30 years
- Have at least three years of experience in the same position at a retail company.
- Have knowledge of the retail industry.
- Understand and master the labor law in Indonesia.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Willing to be assigned when needed
- Willing to follow 100% WFO policy at PT Giordano Indonesia, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
