Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage and process employee salaries accurately and on time (including tax calculated, BPJS Kesehatan, & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
- Ensure all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll related questions or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll information.
- Conducting the entire end to end recruitment process.
- Conducting the entire end to end employee status changes process and extend contract process.
- Create required documents (warning letter, SOP, internal memo, work certificate).
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) minimum HSK 3 or 4.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in payroll field.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Have in-depth knowledge of employment reagulations and tax regulations related to payroll.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Have strong analytical skill, time management, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
