- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality or construction industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws in Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives. Managing the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring and onboarding. Overseeing employee relations, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implementing performance management systems and coordinating performance reviews. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Managing employee benefits and compensation programs. Providing guidance to management on HR-related matters.
