Job Description
As part of the Human Resources & Legal Associate, you will:
- Assist the HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) & Legal Senior in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, arranging interview schedules, conducting required tests, and onboarding.
- Organize and maintain employee records, including documents, attendance, leave and sick leave records, overtime, employment agreements/contracts, and the employee database.
- Prepare and administer legal opinions, provide legal advice, and interpret services to management and employees to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulatory requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain and file employee data and all HRGA & Legal-related documents.
- Record and manage all office assets.
- Administer, manage, archive, extend, and renew company permits, licenses, legal documents, and handle OSS.
- Prepare and review agreements and other legal documents; assist in drafting contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HRGA, legal, or a similar field in FMCG/ pharmaceutical/consumer health care industry.
- Understanding of HR regulations and recent updates to government regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Accustomed to working on HRGA administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with excellent administrative and reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects.
- Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills for relationship development and maintenance.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, fast learner, adaptable, and willing to work on site.
- Understanding of LKPM, OSS System, and WLKP is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
