- Identify and analyse HR needs in line with business strategy.
- Ensure HR capacity is able to support the Company’s business changes and transitions.
- Collaborate with users in making decisions that support all HR-related activities, such as recruitment, relocation, promotion, training programmes, career development, succession planning, etc.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures within the organisation are in line with the needs, target values, and objectives of the Company.
- Participate in monitoring, evaluating, and implementing programmes run by the Division as user.
- Analyse data on emerging trends and challenges in the business, the factors that influence them and seek solutions to overcome them.
Requirment:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, all majors preferably Psychology and HR Management
- Preferably with 3-5 year experience in same field
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skill and teamwork, Integrity, Profesionalism, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing,
- Good in English both Speaking and Writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powepoint and Visio)
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
