- Currently, we are assisting one of our clients engaged in trading industry based in Jakarta and they are looking for HRGA Executive (HR Generalist Staff).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRGA Staff with expertise in managing HR functions, payroll, tax matters, and legal compliance
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of developing effective proposals
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English
- Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or Japanese company is preferred
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Create and maintain employee personal data (Employee Database)
- File and HR Documents in a proper place, categorize
- Check and monitor Daily Presence in each division (disciplinary)
- Input and monitor medical claims
- Input and control annual leave
- Check any salary deduction related to absence, transport, unpaid leave
- Resume overtime warehouse
- Income tax report
- Update the agreement database (including past agreements)
- Make database of Expat License
