Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduated D3/S1 major in Hospitality
Age:
25-40 years old
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as HR & GA Head in Hotel & Convention
- Active English is a must
- Familiar with Payroll, BPJS, and HR administration
- Good knowledge of making HR policies
Familiar with HR rules & regulations:
UU Ciptakerja & Peraturan Perusahaan
- Familiar with various regulatory aspects, licenses, permits, etc.
- Specialized in hotel/hospitality/project department
- Good soft skills in communication
- Willing to work at Bandung Barat
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling all office supplies (pantry, stationeries, etc.)
- Maintaining GA assets to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively
- Managing all HR administrative tasks, including registering new hires, filing employee data, payroll, BPJS, and onboarding tasks
- Performing daily tasks such as attendance, leave management, shift schedules, meal and transportation arrangements, housekeeping, security, etc.
- Updating employee data regularly
- Handling the entire recruitment cycle from candidate search to onboarding
- Able to create SOPs
- Developing and implementing TNA and employee development programs
- Performing additional tasks related to HRD & GA
