Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain foreign worker documentation in coordination with the agent, such as:
RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc.
- Foreign worker documents collection / coordination for SEA region (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines & India) & upcoming resorts within the APAC region (primary role) & recruitment – screening / sourcing activity (secondary role)
- Perform ticketing and hotel/accommodation arrangement
- Handling HR administration, documentation and invoicing
- Maintain good relations with vendors and agents
- Ad hoc functions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major (preferable from Tourism) with good command of English
- At least 2 years of experience as HR General Admin staff or related positions with foreigner formalities in multinational company
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment area
- Attention to detail and a team player
- Energic and positive thinking
- Ability to do multitasking jobs
General Requirements:
- Fluent in English is mandatory, speaking other language (Mandarin and French) is a plus
- Able to work long hour and with tight closing schedule
- Willing to travel if needed
- Having good attitude and communication skills
