Job Description
Job Scope:
- Organize and coordinate HSE training programs.
- Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory and usage.
- Oversee and update HSE certifications for the project team.
- Monitor and assist with the monthly project working name list (WNL).
- Conduct daily safety monitoring and control on project sites.
- Manage company HSE documents and ensure proper filing.
- Organize and facilitate monthly company HSE meetings.
- Prepare and record minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Develop HSE work instructions tailored to specific tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of HSE programs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Center Construction Projects.
- Possess K3 Certification in Construction or Electrical Safety.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
