- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field preferred.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, proven experience in building management or facilities maintenance.
- Experience in addressing tenant needs and performing inspections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
