- Qualifications & experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere). Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling through visuals.
Creativity:
Ability to generate innovative designs that resonate with target audiences and align with brand identity. A strong desire to explore new and different approaches in design and creative thinking.
Analytical Skills:
Understanding of how design impacts user experience and engagement, with the ability to optimize designs based on feedback and data.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Tasks & responsibilities
Visual Content Creation:
Design engaging and creative content for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and digital ads.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual materials.
Campaign Design:
Collaborate on the development and execution of design elements for marketing campaigns, ensuring they visually communicate the intended message.
Review and Editing:
Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members, ensuring final products meet high-quality standards.
Trend Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including social media specialists, copywriters, and marketing strategists, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
