- Leading the finance and accounting team in preparing, overseeing, and reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Managing the company’s budget and aiding in long-term financial planning.
- Collaborating with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Overseeing banking relationships and managing the company’s financing and investment activities.
- Developing and implementing streamlined and effective accounting procedures.

- Conducting additional financial analyses as requested by stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the Banking Industry.
- Minimum bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Have experience in team management.
