Job Description
- Finance and Accounting Assistant
Location:
North Jakarta (Muara Karang)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive financial and accounting reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other relevant financial statements.
- Accurately record online transactions using BigSeller and reconcile data for consistency and accuracy.
- Assist with warehouse inventory management by collecting data on online sales and reconciling stock levels.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with a preference for an e-commerce background.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Proficiency in BigSeller application is preferred (e-commerce geek)
- A strong understanding of financial and accounting tools (SAP, Accurate, MYOB, etc)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are essential.
- Proficiency in English, and Mandarin is a plus.
- Prior experience with a Chinese company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to interact effectively with management.
- Immediate availability to start working is preferred.
