Responsibilities:
- Find prospective locations to support company growth through expansion.
- Build networks with developers, prospective landlords, and government officials for early information on new business openings (including location and environment surveys).
- Prepare feasibility studies for identified locations.
- Organize visits to identified locations with decision-makers.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or higher is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and passive English is required.
- Have experience in technical or civil engineering.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office proficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills are required.
