Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional, authentic Mexican cuisine. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for designing innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest culinary standards in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute traditional and contemporary Mexican dishes.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Manage inventory, costing, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep up with culinary trends and introduce new, exciting dishes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, preferably in Mexican cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mexican culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
