Job Description
- As an Executive Assistant will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize BOD Performance. Secretary assist BOD by supporting with planning and distributing information.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information related with BOD Bussiness
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Helps BOD to prepare the meetings needs
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Requirements
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant for 2 years
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Possess a great proeficiency to conduct a conversation, reading and writing in English is a must
- Have a Great people skill such as Interpersonal and communication Skill
