QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma 1 or 1 years experience in hospitality Industry Mall /Hotel / Retail /Bank etc.
- Good Looking, High Min.165 cm ( proportional ) not wear glasses
- Customer service oriented
- Good command in English and computer skill
- Able to work in team and Shift time
- Placed at Mall Taman Anggrek West Jakarta
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Performs daily duties accordance SOP, Working instruction consistently and fully compliance of quality management system.
- Maintains appropriate standard grooming and courtesy.
- Meet & Greet customer and give personal recognition upon welcoming and farewell greeting, customer whenever possible
- Provide information to customer and tenant accurately and gather customer feedback consistently
