  • •            Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product issues, returns, and exchanges.
  • •            Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery and address any order discrepancies.
  • •            Collaborate with warehouse team to address shipping issues and provide updates to customers.
  • •            Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, product teams) to address cross-functional service issues.

Requirement:

  • •            Good communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  • •            Ability to type quickly and accurately, having basic computer skills.
  • •            Strong problem-solving skills and.
  • •            Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

•            Problem-solving skills:

Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively, attention to detail

  • •            Very careful & accurate when handling data & numbers
  • •            Age maximum 35 years old
  • •            Having minimum 2 years experiences as customer service
  • •            Must be able to work overtime
  • •            Minimum education is SMK or equivalent
