  • TOGOLF is a company that operates in the golf retail sector, present in the community with the initial concept of a golf shop that sells luxury golf clubs and club fittings. TOGOLF is also the first golf shop in Indonesia to combine sales of golf clubs with club fitting. Founded in 2007, it currently has almost 30 stores in Indonesia.
  • TOPGOLF also provides products specifically for Golfer in Indonesia . For beginners or those who are learning golf, we provide training aids which consist of special golf equipment for practicing. For those of you who want to adjust and perfect your golf equipment, we also provide simulator detectors and clubs fitting.

Fungsion Of CRM & Parnership:

Manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies. Candidates will directly contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Data analyze dan Data Management:

Maintain and analyze data related to business development and campaigns

CRM Initiatives & Customer Segmentation:

Create CRM initiatives and control the implementation of campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Partner Relationship:

Manage relationships with existing business partners and/or expand networking with other business partners to create effective collaborations.

Negotiation:

Conducting negotiation process based on data driven, relevant information and presentation with potential business partners.

Customer satisfactios:

Maintain kepuasan customer dengan mengontrol service yang diberikan kepada customer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM management and/or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Excellent understanding of partnership strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with leadership abilities to manage small teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in Retail  industry is  a plus.
