Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to benchmark salary structures and benefits offerings.
- Analyze internal compensation data to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop compensation strategies.
- Conduct regular benefits reviews and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Develop communication materials to inform employees about compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on available benefits and compensation structures.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits data.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on compensation and benefits trends and metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to policies while recommending improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits management.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
- Ethical and confidential handling of sensitive compensation information.
- Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to developing talent within the team.
