- Responsible to manage, increase brand awareness and brand value BAF by conduct ATL and BTL strategic campaign (planning, lead execution, monitoring, and evaluation performance of BAF product/program/corporate activities)
- Ensure strategic media planning well implemented based on schedule (filled with media placement and press release) throughout the year and have a good taste in design references.
- Liaise with market researcher to lead brand health survey and monitoring.
- Work closely with Product Business, Digital Business Development and other division to develop campaign plan/material promotion/communication by riding the latest trend that comply with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)
- Develop content and distribute corporate branding identity to all the employees.
- Follow the latest trend in content, communities, and product related financial industry to identify content, channels, and engagement opportunities.
- Manage BAF achievement’s award
Requirement:
- Min. S1 from Digital Marketing/ Advertising/ Marketing Communication/ Public Relations
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Branding Strategy/Marketing Communication/ Public Relations/ Corporate Communication
- Experience in brand health monitoring/brand research and strategic media planning
- Fast learner, strong adaptability, and attention to details
- Should display groomed appearance, good negotiation and Ms. Excel skills, good communication and presentation skills.
- Have a strong copywriter skill (create an articles) Proven abilities to create and distribute Press Release, have a strong relationship with media, SEO knowledge a plus.
