Responsibility:
- Visit and manage target in responsible area’s DC
- Check stock
- Resolving cover area’s problem. Stock level in store, POP, Products display, Pricing etc.
- Propose local promotion and implementing
- Reporting Share national promotion, business review every month etc.
- Manage sales staffs or sub distributors sales exclusives
- Break down target by sales and by area.
- Providing Journey plan
- Monitoring sales and call achievement.
- Monitoring merchandising quality.
- Share company strategy and national promotion plan with sales staffs and exclusives
- Develop new outlet and new distribution
- To resolve problem in sales staffs and exclusives responsible store
- Listing products problem, display position problem etc.
- How to increase or achieve target
- Training and coaching sales staffs and exclusives
- Monitoring MD and Sales’s working result
- Check merchandising quality and promotion display.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Have experience to sell FMCG products more than 3 years
- Having experience sales supervisor in FMCG company minimum 2 years
- Have driving license (SIM A & C)
- Good in communication & maintaining relationships
- Able to work under pressure & target oriented
