Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Establishes and enforce internal controls and guidelines for proper accounting methods, processes, policies and principles.
- Responsible for the accounting of complex transactions typically associated with advanced accounting, such as verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
- Keep up to date with accounting principle developments and regulatory requirements.
- Set standards of excellence in Corporate Accounting’s General Ledger work products, provide necessary training and hold staff accountable for adherence to accounting.
- Provide recommendations, improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
- Eight years or more of related experience required, Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
- Experience in startup industry is a must.
- Experience in Public Accounting Firm is preferred.
- Possess experience & knowledge in EBITDA and Operating Cashflow.
- Possess experience or knowledge in IFRS 16 / PSAK 73
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- High level ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work full WFO at Metland Puri
