Job Description
- We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented HRGA Staff and Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Provide support to staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Provide a broad range of consultative General Affairs services to all levels of staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee all contracted General Affairs service providers (facility management, procurement, etc.).
- Manage and oversee the bidding processes and contractual agreements with third-party providers (stationery, furniture, insurance, etc.).
- Monitor and coordinate with building management.
- Ensure office needs, such as space, stationery, kitchen supplies, and restrooms, are adequately met.
- Monitor and handle engagement events or activities on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year (Staff) & 3 years (Supervisor) of relevant work experience in HR Administrative Functions with reputable companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
- Active, communicative, and outgoing personality with a solid understanding of the HR end-to-end process.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office functions efficiently and economically.
