Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology/ Law
- Minimum 5 years of HR Experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and government regulations such as UUTK/ BPJS/ JHT
- Managing personnel administration and employee services activities related to attendance and payroll are carried out effectively, optimally, and efficiently to support the operational.
- Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities
- Proficient in HR software and database with Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, fluent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge and strong in data analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
