About The Company:
- The working venue is in West Jakarta.
- Our client is a Food company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager Horeca.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth in the HoReCa sector.
- Build relationship especially with hotels and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotions with sales efforts.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Close sales and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Business level of English, preferably able to speak Japanese.
- At least 5 years working experience in F&B industry, preferably from Asian/Import food distributor companies and HoReCa sector and at least 2-3 years as Manager.
- Experience handling subordinates.
- Have good connection with HoReCa sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- SIM A holder and willing to do client visit around Jabodetabek area.
